Shipping Regions:

We now offer worldwide shipping.

Shipping Costs for Australia:

  • Standard postage flat rate - $10.95
  • Express postage flat rate - $15.00
  • FREE standard postage for orders over $150.00 Australia-wide

Dispatch Time:
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Delivery Times:

  • Metropolitan Areas: 2-5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: Please allow up to 10 business days
  • Express shipping 1-4 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary.

All domestic orders will be shipped as 'no signature on delivery' unless specified. Please leave a note at checkout if you would like your order to be shipped with a signature on delivery.

All parcel costs are for a maximum of 0.5kg.

As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for appropriate charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. 

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@trioandco.com.au. We will investigate the matter and arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Goods:
Trio + Co. uses Australia Post for shipping parcels. If your parcel is missing or cannot be located, please contact us after you have contacted Australia Post. Although we are more than happy to assist you with liaising with Australia Post to help locate your parcel, we are not held liable if your parcel is not located.
