Returns Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, please review our returns and refund policy outlined below.
Eligibility for Return:
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Faulty or Damaged Items:
We thoroughly check all items before dispatch, but if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at trioandco@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind:
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the items at your own shipping cost. Items must meet the eligibility criteria for return. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your return, as a store credit, excluding the original shipping cost.
Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item(s), please contact us to return your item(s) at trioandco@hotmail.com. We ask you to provide a pre-paid postage satchel within your package and we will resend your new item(s) as requested. All return shipping to be covered by the customer.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund as store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
